They are currently seeking an autonomous and highly efficient Payroll Officer to join their team on a initial 3-month contract with strong potential to extend.
This is a fast-paced position where you will take operational ownership of day-to-day data entry and processing validation, serving as a critical pillar of their end-to-end payroll lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute accurate end-to-end payroll processing routines across multiple business cycles.
Manage heavy data entry updates, ensuring employee master files, new starters, and terminations are correctly captured.
Perform thorough checking and validation of electronic timesheets, reviewing allowances, overtime, and shift variations.
Maintain absolute accuracy in data workflows between Workday HRIS and ADP Payforce.
Act as a dependable first point of contact to resolve internal staff payroll and timesheet-related enquiries efficiently.
What we are looking for
Comprehensive hands-on experience using ADP Payforce is strictly essential for this position. Previous experience navigating Workday is highly regarded.
The proven ability to work independently in a remote capacity, proactively managing daily workloads with minimal supervision.
Strong foundational knowledge of high-volume processing, data entry protocols, and manual timesheet checking.
Meticulous verification skills to catch processing errors and maintain legislative compliance.
Must be available to commence at short notice on an initial 3-month contract engagement.
